This is related to #1275. Here's an example of an awkward line break in the middle of a tuple type:
montCT1 : {n} (fin n) => [n] -> [2 + n] -> [n] -> ([2 + n], [2 + n]) -> ([1 + n], [1 + n], [2 + n], [2 + n])
If the whole tuple type doesn't fit on a line, then we should put a linebreak before the open paren.
