ContextErrorException in LoginSubscriber.php line 77:
Notice: date_default_timezone_set(): Timezone ID '' is invalid

is returned after I've successfully run SB and went to http://sb.example.org/login - nothing found on Stackoverflow or GitHub or Google is helping here.

There's no entry in your settings table for timezone. Setting that will fix the error.

There is no installer, so of course the default settings are missing.
