Counter and tearing support

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Certain cards like metro ones rely also on counters (see Ultralight). Currently the only way to set the counters on CU from a cloned card is to use the CLI on a computer.

Describe the solution you'd like

• When dumping a supported card, include also the counters in the dump
• When loading the dump to a slot, set the counters as well
• Alternatively add option to edit the counters manually
