Describe your question

Following @patriciabt|s recommendations to contact Paul regarding all requirements to integrate GatherPress into the wordpress.org site network & its internal workflows, this is a brain-storming to collect relevant questions and /or assumptions.

  1. What are the plugins to integrate with:
    • BuddyPress
    • bbPress
  2. How should emails being sent?
  3. What integration is needed for the badges within user profiles? Where is the data for the speaker- or organiser-badges are coming from?
  4. Do we need to prepare anything related to (the big) Multisite?
    • Should plugin options be set individually per blog (like it is), or inherited from the site (aka network) (needs to be implemented)?
  5. Are there (or do we need) special Roles & capabilities (#445) to take care of?
