[WP Event managers][Meta] Group creation

Once a Community team Event manager approve an application for a group, it needs to be created (similar to WordCamp sites)

Needed:

• A group template, with theme, necessary plugins? Event pages, etc
• An automation when the Event manager clicks on appoved
• The main organizer added as an admin
• More? please add in the comments

We should use FSE as that will make a lot of these templates and such much easier. Fleshing this out should be assigned to someone interested in theming and work with some designers. I think giving a nice looking site to a group at first and then letting them customize pieces of it like a WordCamp would be good.

on the test site, we use a child theme of Twenty Twenty-Four, with default pages (upcoming events, past events), and a duplicate site form template. We need to know if Meta allows such a plugin.

Also to be added to the integration:

• geographical data for each group, or global for online groups such as "Learn"
• the events are pulled for event.wordpress.org and to appear in site dashboards "Attend an upcoming event near you."
