• The first error is possibly because the vocs directory was created in an incorrect place. I've reworded the tutorial and changed the code blocks to make this clearer.
• An example of timeline.tsv can be found later in the tutorial. I've put a reference in the text.
• This file disappeared in a recent release of v-pipe. I've submitted an issue for that: Default deconvolution config is missing cbg-ethz/V-pipe#161. I've included the required file now in https://vpipe-gsod.s3.eu-central-1.amazonaws.com/cowwid_tutorial.tar.gz
