Specification of coordinate reference systems has been removed, i.e., the "crs" member of [GJ2008] is no longer used

Which means that either we remove it from the package (as it was since August 2016 in the standard) or keep it as a compatibility thing, which I would argue is more trouble than it's worth (drifting from the standard may pose more breaking changes in the longer run).
