Add installation guide for MacOS

Overview

Documentation for v2.8 offers insight on how to install GeoNode on MacOS but documentation for v3.0 at the moment doesn't have that documented.

Motivation

For developers that use a Mac, it would be nice to have set up guides included in the docs for the latest versions of GeoNode

That would be very useful actually. We should find some resources to do that, it does not seem to be an easy task to me.

Taking care of some OSX Servers I would never suggest to do a manual production setup on OSX.
If one is in the need to run GeoNode in production on OSX I would advise to use Docker.

OSX works nicely as plattform for development. However as the installation of gdal and pg_config might be challenging. I'll share how a quick and easy setup can look like (on Catalina):
