Some Effect build up over time and cant be calculated each frame. So we need to keep the last frame to build up onto it.
This Page is the Global Settings and mixing into the Output. FX Run needs to be selected as well as the Run on the Subeffect for you to see something.
Since we are keeping each frame and building up into it we need to fade down or else everything just gets white.
