Export block editor content to txt

When you have written a complete post or page in block editor and you realize that the WYSIWYG editor would be the better choice, so you cant switch the editor as discussed in #1941. Thats ok. But what would help?

Today if you want to copy&paste the contents out of the block editor, you cant take/mark all content blocks in a page/post together to copy the whole content to clipboard and then paste them into a new page with WYSIWYG editor. A simple way could be an a simple export of the whole text content as txt file, without any format only paragraphs. So an editor switch could be easy done.

Alternatively a catch all blocks in a page/post function to copy all blocks together could also be an option.

Third variant: In Syntax Highlighter plugin there is a copy to clipboard function for each block, this could be extended to catch all blocks.
