What is DogeTrainer and my roadmap (you can have a different roadmap!)

DogeTrainer is designed to be a training repo for future dogecoin devs and also a testing ground for crazy ideas we want to try out before seeing if we can get them adopted into Dogecoin core.

Anyone can commit, just create an "issue" asking to be allowed to be a collaborator and why we should NOT let you! (We will let you anyway don't worry lol, this is just a fun icebreaker). This is partly to allow open development but also to test out a new method of open governance, and how it might work in cryptocurrency development in the future.

DogeTrainer is not intended for public release and especially not for investment purposes. If anything we could have a public release some day in the distant future and hope to capture the beginning feeling of dogecoin forever... free fake money to have fun with.

Instead of developing it myself and releasing it, I want to all work on it together as a sort of scratchpad to make stupid crazy changes. Code can be dirty, there can be lots of trivial commits, there are no rules here. Just learn.

Some things I want to do/test here:

1. Learn how to search and replace "Dogecoin" for "DogeTrainer" without breaking anything
2. Learn how to create a new genesis block using scrypt
3. Try out some crazy settings like 7 second blocktimes, no blocksize, nodes individually set minTxFee, etc.
4. Figure out how to merge in a new algo like RandomX to replace scrypt. Modify randomx to double all the memory requirements every 2.5 years.
5. Change block reward and implement proportional reward from Ergon (a current entry level ryzen 7 would earn 1 coin per day, the above point 4. would keep this metric constant over time)
6. Set decimals to 4
7. Change coinbase maturity to 1 month
8. Signing (with the coinbase addy) instead of hashing to find the golden nonce.
9. Change ports so as to not conflict with running dogecoin node.

And that's about it, what is your roadmap?
