Create really separated modules

I've been thinking about the next idea: Is it possible to create a module that defines all the structure necessary to just download it and plug it into the starter and it will automatically add routes and everything necessary so we don't have to manually update so many things on the starter to make a module work?

I know there are some big barriers like the main app Model or the Messages, but there might be some workarounds around it. I'm going to think more about this and maybe try to do it. I'm just creating the issue to see if others have ideas of how this could be approached.
