'Organic groups access control module' in settings form should be a link

AdminSettingsForm says:

(For restricting view access use the Organic groups access control module.)

but it doesn't tell you where you can find that. Googling that doesn't find any drupal.org project whose name matches exactly.

This should be made into a link.

Alternatively, it should be removed, as none of the projects I've found have D8 versions yet.
