Containers built on archlinux won't build on an Arm based mac

There are unofficial Arm based archlinux docker images, but none seems to support qemu properly

Alpine based containers seem to work ok on Arm Mac, propose we standardise on that

Built the new v7x86 host on alpine and it seems to build clean. Need to check the networking works before I roll out the change to all arch based container.
