1. I hope to share some official information with my group, such as announcements from the official website or news from other channels. I would like to have a bot that can automatically track these messages and forward them in a timely manner to the appropriate topic channels, like an RSS feed (there may be other better implementations).

2. For group members, I hope to further identify our core members. By linking third-party accounts (such as phone numbers, emails, Twitter, etc.), administrators should be able to view the information of these members.

My skills are limited, so I’m seeking help from experts!

It is a feature that will require a whole dedicated bot, so I can't just add it to the group management bot.
