This feature is related to GooBox/goobox-sync-storj#32 and GooBox/goobox-sync-sia#37, but since it also has to be implemented into the GUI, i will open a issue for it here so that we can track it better.

So essentially there are a few use cases here:

User wants to import a entire drive but doesn't want the content to be stored on the local machine.
User wants all files that are dropped into the sync folder to be uploaded and then deleted from the local machine.
User only wants to upload some files/folders that are not present locally.
