Keep the local file when both cloud and local files are modified #18

As same as the issue GooBox/goobox-sync-storj#50, when a local file is modified and then the corresponding cloud file is also modified, CheckStateTask should keep both files and the older file has a name explaining the file was modified more then two computers.

Utils.conflictedCopyPath in goobox-sync-common creates a path to store conflicted copies.

I forgot to mention it in the commit message but this issue was fixed in 126813f.
