Deleted local file comes back

After i delete a folder with a sub-folder and a file with the Error label, it comes back at the next minute interval sync.

I think this happen when there is an error? I go through your logs,

This particulary caught my attention, perhaps need explanation what does this means. I try reproduce, I don't get your erorr in my logs file, so I think this error reported is specific.
