Code worked but no pop up for notifications

The code worked and console print the push message received. However, there was no pop up notifications. I tried on both Chrome and Edge and reset both browsers to accept notifications and pop up.

I was trying this at home so there was no corporate firewall to deal with.

Your operating system may be blocking the notifications. Can you confirm that notifications from this demo are working?
Can you share the content of your sw.js?

Yes, you were right. I need to enable notification from Windows 10 Setting->Notifications. I thought as long as I have Chrome running is enough.
