[bug] Dialogflow facebook integration not response with customer_feedback payload #206

I try to set custom payload for dialogflow facebook response with this template https://developers.facebook.com/docs/messenger-platform/send-messages/templates/customer-feedback-template

But it send nothing to facebook messenger

While the exact same template can be send with facebook api directly with POST request
