When adding an issue skeleton to a non-singleton series, we can add fields such as Publisher, Brand Emblem, On-Sale Date, Price, Page Count, Bar Code, ISBN, Indicia Printer, Age Rating, etc. However, when adding a new issue that is a singleton, it is a multi-step process as first the series has to be submitted and approved, and then needs it be edited to add all those other details that are essential issue skeleton details. But that means every new one-shot issue has to be submitted and approved in multiple steps, while adding an issue to an existing series only requires one step to add the skeleton details. Is it possible that when adding a new series and the "Is Singleton" option is checked, it unlocks the option to enter issue level skeleton details as well?
