Fix prod deploy

I personally don't remember the last time this worked without manual intervention. This process should not require manual intervention.

https://buildkite.com/granola/mina-indexer-production/ If you click deploy, it runs, but doesn't seem to actually start the new Indexer (with new database).

Determine if issue still exists. If so, fix it. If not, close this issue.
