Update Permission Management section to reflect new User First and Last Name changes

A change was recently implemented to replace the Full Name field in Graylog with distinct First Name and Last Name fields. See Graylog2/graylog2-server#10074. This change is scheduled to be included in the 4.1 on-premise Graylog release, and the Limited Availability Cloud release.

Expected Content

It appears that only the User View/Details screen shot on the following page needs to be updated to show a screen shot with the new First Name and Last Name fields.
