Add "show in map" flag for Growers

As described in Greenstand/treetracker-admin-client#1038, we need a flag against each grower that indicates whether their profile is displayed on the webmap. This is to filter out any growers who have tracked zero trees or are otherwise not suitable for display.

The default value is false and this can be edited from the Admin Panel via PATCH /grower_account/:id.
