Please add a download link for a single PDF of the core Perl as defined by the version. #43

Initially, I had assumed that there was a downloadable core Perl documentation in a single PDF, but apparently there isn't. There used to be such a document (for the core Perl only -- not including CPAN and other 3rd party modules or source). I don't know why this was done, as it makes Perl less accessible to those who prefer to use a single PDF file.

Please consider doing this, in the same way there's one for: Python, MySQL, ECMAScript, etc.
