Search open Requests and get open requests

There should be two endpoints: one to get all requests, based on a zip-code, and one to get all requests but sorted by distance. the frontend sends the zip code as a query param here. We need a endpoint to get all zip codes and cities in switzerland so we can send the zip code as argument.
