create a v1.0 of the project and attach an extent0.rowan.dbf to the release for GemStone 3.5.4
create and document installation script
create a document usage of the scripts (beyond the man page)
setup travis tests

Right now I have other higher priority work to do and this project was created so that other developers work on porting the GsDevKit/XML-XMLParser, GsDevKit/XML-XMLWriter and GsDevKit/XML-XPath projects to GemStone
