Implementation of TRIBI

This is based on the RAIBI_single_BR on the branch called TRIBI_single_BR
These commits should not need any modification, or very minimal modifications to be merged to the master branch of MAMBO.

Implementation of the trace restricted indirect branch inlining scheme restricting the targets to be used as predictions to those that were promoted to a trace.
