Hi, first off I'd like to say thank you for providing this module. It is really nice and I have been using it for a while now.

I have a separate AWS account that is dedicated to logging. All of the access log buckets go there. As a result, I have already created the bucket.

It would be great if I could just provide this module with the s3 bucket name that it can continue to log to the bucket, but not create it.
