DNS server address quickly changed on boot #870

On initial startup, my display gets assigned the correct DNS address

Presumably this is via DHCP.

But pretty quickly this seems to change

I've no idea where this incorrect value is coming from.

Note that nothing seems broken, I see DNS requests for ntp server on my local DNS server, but just seems a bit odd.
