Wenn ein Mitarbeiter seinen Vertrag beendet (kann auch Vertragswechsel sein), kann der Teamleiter diesen Vertrag nicht mehr freigeben, sobald er das an einem Tag versucht, der außerhalb der Vertragszeitraums liegt, zum Beispiel am Tag nach dem Vertragende.

Logik überdenken.
