Teams Integration steps don't mention mandatory settings in httpd.conf #216

Hi,

I had some issues with Teams integration (CS0916639), the solution was simple, the entries in httpd.conf which are documented here: https://opensource.hcltechsw.com/connections-doc/v8-cr8/admin/install/cp_config_proxy_rules.html?h=#section_b3p_r3j_gvb were missing.

During the troubleshooting, I read all the steps from https://opensource.hcltechsw.com/connections-doc/v8-cr8/connectors/admin/c_ms_teams_integration_container.html multiple times and compared the settings. But the httpd.conf adjustments are not linked or mentioned in the Teams' integration steps.

It would be very helpful to add a link to the httpd.conf settings. I thought about a PR, but don't have a good idea for a place.
