It would be beneficial to have a list of databases in the "Granted in databases" field, so that we don't have to run the report several times to find out, that there is yet another database with a wrong ACL. Going through the catalog.nsf can help doing a first clean-up but especially in larger environments, using the DLAU report could be more efficient with this additional information.
