Provide Inter as a dependency

Summary

Enchanted is supposed to work best with the font "inter". So far every application need to add inter manually to their imports and DOM structure to actually render the content with inter.

It would be great if we find a solution to add inter automatically while creating the theme etc.

We could probably use this npm dependency https://www.npmjs.com/package/@fontsource/inter (OFL license which is good!)

Motivation

We should adhere to the design specification and use the appropriate font whenever possible.
