Fix no default theme when no theme available for loading element

I. the themes folder for MAME I have Default.zip and 19xx.zip ... When I browse the game list and the default theme already loaded up, then the 19xx game have no theme. Goes the other way also, if 19xx game theme loads first when entering the MAME games the default theme does not load (the rest of the games show no theme)
Would it be possible that zspin will load both ? I mean if the game does not have it's own theme to load the default one ?
Load specific game theme and default theme if specific theme it is not present?
