Goals

  • Finalize divisions & portfolios based on re-org

Tasks

  • Make sure all divisions and portfolios are accounted for
  • Assign a DD to each division
  • Assign a Team Leader to each Portfolio
  • Work with OPRE on creating descriptions for new portfolios (or let them edit in frontend after onboarding)
  • Update finalized portfolios into OPS
