Summary

Send click events when users use the Download NOFO button or the individual file links. Include a user id when logged in if possible (but not PII/email).

Acceptance criteria

  • Clicks on the Download NOFO button are tracked in NewRelic
  • Clicks on the Download Attachment links are tracked in NewRelic
