update name of global scrape to reflect that we're also hitting an API
change player gsub logic into methods on the Player model
check to see if we can't be more specific with Nokogiri nodes we're grabbing
move array of Eastern European country strings from Player model into its own file
fix GPS rake file timing out when run as part of reset rake
