Add text link (non hyperlink) to the email + update copy

if the above link doesn't work for you, copy and paste this into your browser: <link here>

this is because some email clients obscure links using things like safelinks, which pre-visits the magic url, effectively "using it up" and preventing the user from using it to log in.

• At the top of the applications page (before the "Let's get to know you) add:

• a note about how the application takes around 15-20 mins to complete
• it's advised to complete it in one sitting because you can't save changes
• after submitting, you can re-submit your application as many times as you want before the deadline
