it seems to want to connect to my jack to get input? but I have deactivated onboard audio and only using my usb sound card

try :
1.If you have 3.1mm jack put into it a headphone with mic.
2. If you have usb jack, great put a headphone with mic which have got usb insert pin at its end.
3. If nothing works then kindly make a gist and upload it there, i have to scroll a lot to see exaclty what issue you are facing. :-)

I also received the same errors.
But you can completely ignore them if your '.asoundrc' is configured according to your sound card and the recording and playing is working fine

I have the same issue. Maybe my firefox browser uses the microphone from my Trust HD cam
