[Core] Universe Overwriting #124

Each knowledge base could have an attribute (concept) Universe that can inject/overwrite concepts.

Idea: Maybe this can work like a patch that can be applied to a knowledge base.

E.g: Universe Lord of Rings (Dragons are not imaginary).

If a certain param is not defined at an attribute, the params defined at the universe should be used.

Universe could represent "common sense" if not told otherwise, we are talking about planet Earth, Solar System, etc.
