Remove old listings for Broker pilot

We still would like the "#item" lookup to continue to be smart though - is there any way to mask or hide the old listings without deleting them? That way the system can still use that data to inform the behavior of the "#".

Keeping the "#item" lookup capability is a "Like to Have" - it is more important to remove the old listings, if we have to do it quickly and simply for now, let's just do it.
