Ads on www.cinetools.xyz are blocked and the page displays an error #13

My script blocker and windows smart screen filtering do not like the ads that page shows. The script blocker cannot be disabled.

And if I do bypass it I get this page when I follow the links :

I get this:

Surely there is a better host for the tool ?
