Played sounds are not ended, resulting in slowly hitting up MC sound limit of 247 #20

I have confirmed that after a while of playing the sounds get stuck and are not unloaded or something, because the MC's sound limit of 247 is being hit. This does not happen without this mod.

This is a known issue. Leaving and rejoining the world is a quick way to reset that, but I'm looking into a real fix.

Seems to be a issue with Ocean sounds I think-the Ocean sounds play constantly vs other biomes, and they are much louder then the other ambient sounds-rather then in the background they seems to override the other sounds.

Reloading the datapacks is another temp fix.

I believe some of the latest commits have fixed this.

@ruvaldak I believe it still exists in version 1.19 of the mod.
