Set default language urdu

Hello
I want to set a default language urdu for my keyboard
for example when i install the app and during the keyboard setup process i want the urdu language keyboard not English (US) language keyboard or phone default language
can anyone help

I don't know if I understood correctly, but I think there would be 2 different layouts for each language, right?
