OpenBoard new 1.4.5 v8

All releases are mostly development versions. They can be used, but may contain confusing or unnecessary settings. Settings may be removed or reset on updates. Consider all releases as beta quality at best.

Changes since v7:

• merge key popups of all languages for multilingual typing
• allow showing all available keys in popups (latin script only)
• enable debug settings in debug mode (find it in advanced settings)
  • not really tested, just enabled the previously hidden settings from AOSP keyboard
  • probably not interesting, except for dumping dictionary information into the log
• autocorrect/-expand shortcuts defined in user-dictionary
• enable phrase gesture option
  • when using glide typing, swipe over space to to enter multiple words
  • not working that well though, maybe that's why the setting was disabled
• history is now learning from auto-capitalized words too
  • very useful for short sentences
• new screen for setting user-defined colors
  • preview of all the currently used colors
  • you may determine colors automatically (very simple way of auto-choosing)
  • dummy text field for showing the keyboard in the settings
  • you can now set key background color when key borders are disabled (used for space bar)
• number keyboard now has keys arranged similar to numpad
• minor fixes

Hi. Thanks for gesture to change languages! It is rather unusual to swipe up, instead right or left, and also it changes languages on each row, so a bit longer swipe will change it twice, and even more longer swipe will triple change it 🤔

You did not specify anything other than "Switch language with swiping on space bar", and that's certainly possible now.
Another user asked for up/down swipe, and since down from the space bar is not really doable, I went for up only.
Left/right would mean you can't use the spacebar trackpad.

If you swipe more, the language will change more. And if it's at the end of the list of enabled languages, it will start again with the original language.

Yes sure.. My bad. I just did not thought about swipe up, never seen it in other keyboards, they all had left/right gesture. I like the feature about space trackpad, but I would rather turn it off for language switching. Maybe even make trackpad option with hold spacebar, I believe such behavior I have seen in yandex keyboard
