Change the toolbar symbols ?

Here's my current toolbar symbols. There are other symbols I'd rather have there, but I can't find a way to make it happen.

Is it possible, please ?

Check options/advance/Customize functional key layout/symbols. Also check under "more symbols" for the second symbols keyboard layout.

Like you am trying to figure this out and I've been able to edit some of these from here including their sub-menu items.

Thanks, but from what I understand from the code that appears, it doesn't seem to apply to the top-symbol line that I want to edit.

I think the symbols shown on that bar are a direct result of the dictionary and what the keyboard learns from your usage. Maybe with time these suggestions will change with the symbol suggestions you had expect.

For example, I've been using HeliBoard for 2 days and I don't get many symbols as suggestions. I mostly get words and the usual auto correction that includes a symbol correction here and there.

Following up, did you ever find a solution to this? I would love to remove that, or turn toolbar off completely.
