I will be happy if the developer add this layout to Heliboard because there is no android app that comes with this layout.
Baishakhi layout is a popular fixed unicode layout which mostly used in office works in Indian state of West Bengal, Assam and Tripura. It's ergonomic in nature.
It's developed by SNLTR, Department of I.T. Govt of West Bengal.

Use case
This layout mostly used in Govt offices. This layout comes pre-installed in every linux distro. Also Windows installer available. My intention is to import it to Heliboard so We can use it in android devices too. SNLTR also built a apk file but they never updated it and has many lack of features and bugs like no return from shift mode, no english qwerty layout inclusion etc. So everytime we have to switch between two different keyboard application for toggle between bengali and english typing in mobile. I am not a developer, have no knowledge about git compilation. But I have created a json file with help of kate application. You may see this.
