Add the same configuration to all repositories. The example on HerbSpecification.jl is in the PR for the BestieTemplate: Herb-AI/HerbSpecification.jl#9

To do:

  • have one configuration file, put it in Herb.jl and use it in all repositories
  • figure out how to get a contributor list per repository and then merge it into one main one for Herb.jl (also reference this, e.g., on website, contributors etc)
