🤔 [ISSUE] - tabs status is not triggered with the URL

Description

We can notice that when we have multiple tabs the URL is not including the current tab as a param.
When we share the URL or refresh the page you need to navigate again to the latest tab.

The mentioned problem occurs in :

• Visual Editor page
• Settings page

Reproduction steps

1. Go to Visual Editor
2. Verify that we have multiple flows in not create new flows
3. Select a Flow (not the first flow)
4. Refresh the page
5. See that the flow is default to the first flow not to the latest flow.
